A rich man came to live in a street in which a , tanner
also had his residence.
The smell of the tanner's hides wafted in to the rich
man's house filling him with disgust.
He offered the tanner a huge of money to move to
Some other place, but the tanner decided to hold
out for a larger sum and gave evasive replies,
When several weeks later , he hinted that he was
ready to sell his house and move, the newcomer
showed no interest.
"I ever got used to the smell", he said" " Now , whether
you go or stay matters little to me".
Seize the opportunity when it comes or you may
