HORIZON

DAILY DOSE 02.

The human body is an  amazing machine,  it requires regular maintenance and care to run  as efficiently as possible.
There are four ways to do this,
1. We must be conscious of our  emotions and those of other peoole in
     our  life, making note of the warnings that come with fear, anger and
     Sadness.
2.  Keep a watch on thoughts accompany these feelings that keep
     Swirling around our minds.
3. Always try to identify symptoms of distress within our bodies.
4. Remember every illness is also in part due to diet, environment
     genetics and injury.
