Who so is perfect in
virtue and insight , is
established in the
dhamma, has realised
thetruths, and fulfills
his own duties- he is
respected by all people.
And not only attraction plus also reaction. It is almost like that Law of cause and effect. It is not only the attraction that you bring forth, but the reaction that you project in life.
